I do no understand why they offer express delivery of 2-3 working days. I ordered on Monday 17th June, requiring the items for a 3 day event on Sunday 23rd June. At checkout the item, I purchased express delivery to ensure it would arrive on Friday 21st June. At the time of purchase, I submitted my images to allow the artwork team to create the feather flag design. Within an hour my artwork was ready to review which was exactly what I wanted. Upon approval of the artwork (less than 2 hours after purchase) the company updated the delivery time of Monday 24th June. I did not have these advertisement items until say 3 of the exhibition which was a waste of time and money. Plus the QR code which is imperative for clients to find all our details does not work on a mesh background so ultimately a useless product. After speaking with customer services, they refused to provide a refund as the item and artwork had already been placed. I could have gone to a different company who may have delivered my design on time. The items are okay, however we will struggle to use them anywhere except indoor events as they are not sturdy and will blow over very easily from some wind. I just wished the company were honest with their delivery times as its very deceiving and I spent a lot of money on these items. Would not recommend to anyone!
