Our hats provide a 4’’ W x 2’’ H embroidery area. Before sending your text or logo, ensure that you maintain a minimum text height of 5 mm, a minimum text line thickness of 2 mm, and keep a 2 mm minimum gap between the text. Our embroidery offers up to six thread colours to make your hats stand out in a crowd. Remember to send us solid shapes and colours only, as gradients or fade effects can’t be embroidered.

Want to keep your hats in pristine condition even after prolonged use? Simply iron on the reverse fabric to maintain their quality. Do not tumble dry, dry clean or use a bleaching solution on your cap to avoid unwanted damage.
